I'm looking to buy a new swimsuit from speedo. In your opinion, which one fits well, is comfortable, and lasts long? I need a good one for a competitive swimmer who will be swimming for 5 days a week in the summer.

Will choose best answer!

Swimming with sharks has been a dream of mine for over 7 years and would like to travel to different places and in all dive in!!

Most people think $30,000 is a lot of money and I should save it for a house or to invest but I am not money worried, at least not at this time!

I'm a 22 year old woman and I want to lose about 10 kilos. If I swim daily and eat well, will I be able to lose weight? Is swimming considered cardio? I also want to tone up but I don't want to bulk up and get all muscley. I am planning on swimming daily as well as a few aerobics sessions a week, will these exercises make me lose weight? P.s I will be eating a healthy low-calorie diet also.

You know how some bikinis have removable padding in the bust area?? or at least a little pocket thingy. well, i was wondering if you can take out the padding and put it into a bikini with out the pocket. will it look weird? will it fall out? i have a ton of bikinis without the padding so i was just wondering.

I'm wondering if this is common when you start swimming?

I usually, do the crawl, backstroke and a little of breaststroke.

If my back hurting is due to swimming, does anyone have anything I can do, so I can swim and not be hurting.

I have recently gone back swimming. I am about a stone overweight and am trying to shift this weight. After going a few weeks, I have noticed my general fitness has improved and I think now I need a training plan. Has anyone any ideas on how to go about making a good training plan?

I am going to be training to be a lifeguard soon.

I have just recently quit smoking, and my lungs aren't quite as good as they used to be.

I was wondering what the best way to build my lung capacity is besides swimming?
