Apart from the obvious water polo!! Any suggestions accepted.

Strange question for you. I've been swimming lately and my goggles have been hurting my eyes, like a pressure sensation. could it be the fact I've had a cold that could be doing that. The goggles are not damaged so don't see how it could be them?

Any ideas?

If I swim in a pool (indoor, with chemicals & the like) wearing my glasses, will something in the water mess up my glasses? Is there a huge risk of something (dirt? particles?) in the water scratching them? Thanks!

Hi !!
I love healthy food and I read that we should eat something before and after swimming. I read that is not healthy to swim with an empty stomach. what should I eat then, please. :-)

My locs are thick, long(mid-back), & I have a big head. My swim lessons require a swim cap be worn, but I can't start them unless I find the right cap. Thanks for your help & recommendations.

I am currently running about 2miles in about 15mins, I need to be able to run 1.5m in under 11:30, and I need to be able to swim 500yr in 12:30. I can't do the swim in the allowed time yet. I'm doing 3 days Running, and 3 days Swimming. But I been told if I cut out my running and swim 6 days a week and my running time and swim time should increase is this true? I need to get my swim to the allowed time by May for my SEAL training. Any info would be great help and would help me out so much.

Thank you in advance
