they make special ear drops for it, but it is essentially rubbing alcohol, so save yourself some money and buy some rubbing alcohol. drop a few drops in your ear, let it sit for a little while until you feel that the alcohol has gotten in there, and then turn your head so the water can all drain out. you could also prevent water getting in the ear by wearing ear plugs. they make special ones for swimming that are kind of waxy and seal to your ear. they work really well!

to get water out of your ear you could try the old shake and hit method by laying your head on the side where the water is and hitting the opposite side, but i dont reccomend it, or you could heat up thnat ear say with a hair dryer, if done in small portions, it should be gone in no time

take a piece of tissue paper and twist it until it becomes like a pointed end. then insert it into your ear, the fact that the tissue is dry will force the water to be trasferred to it via the theory of diffusion. once the water is on the tissue, your ear will feel really different. repeat for more effective results.

Method 1: Open you mouth as wide as you can like you are going to yawn.

Method 2: Tilt your head to one side so that the plugged ear is facing the floor. Start jumping up and down.
