The Dead Sea (quite an ironic name, eh?)

It has a 30% salnity rate (about 8 times that of the oceans). Since the salt content is so high the water moves slower and it's very tough to sink. But if you do somehow manage to sink into it then it'll be like quicksand from the high concentration of salt.

The Ded Sea because there is too much salt in it to drown. There once was a picture of a man floating in the Dead Sea reading the newspaper.

I dont think the question, I am sure you could drown in any body of water. Since you are asking a hypothetical question, the answer is there is no sea that you cant drown in. OK, here is the test, if a person falls off a boat or ship, and get knocked out. OH, and fall face first in the water. What do you think will happen? Say they hit their head on the way down or get the breath knocked out of then and they suck in a lot of sea water, oh my my, I think they will drown.

It is the Dead Sea...not the Red Sea....also there is the Great Salt Lake which isn't a sea, but it is in Utah and you can't sink in that as it is also made of salt.
