In swimming i have learned the value of goal setting also about being a team memeber. Goals are good because it lets you now what you are trying to get at how that is connected to swimming when trying to get a certain time you set a goal to get and have it somewhere where you always look so you will get used to setting goals. also you learn how to work on a team by you have to trust everyone that they will make the right decision.

The values you learn in swimming is first you learn how to swim, discipline, respect for others especially your coach
