What is the red ring of lacquer for on ammo (7.62) where the bullet inserts to the casing and again where the primer inserts? I'm thinking waterproofing - if that's it, is it effective? Can ammo with this be submerged? Does ammo without it get ruined if it gets wet? Tks

I've never skied before, but I'm going in two weeks. I must find a pair of hopefully warm, waterproof ski pants, but the things I've tried on so far make me look like a microfiber marshmallow! I've seen some cute things online, but I don't have $300 + to spend (and I'm not even sure if I'll LIKE skiing yet).

Any advice?

has anyone on here ever owned this make and model of rifle in .308.i bought one in stainless,and i was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this rifle.i like the rifle and have it paired with a simmons aetec 2.8x10x40 scope.it is actually more acurate than my 300wsm.can anyone tell me what there experiances are with this rifle

i had a choke stuck in my 12 gauge i ruined the wrench getting the tube out the barrel is fine and the stuck tube just needed a lil deburring. I'm wondering if there are any heavy duty wrenches for the mossberg 12 gauge in case it ever happens again it shouldn't i'm putting anti seize next time!!

I have a 12 gauge maverick mossberg shot guns recently one of my choke tubes got stuck and I ruined the wrench,Is there any heavy duty wrenchs out there that I can use on this gun my brother has a remington shotgun and the tool for that gun is beafy you can use a ratchet on it if neeb be!!

I love mine I got the 20 gauge from Academy shoots really well. Have shot skeet and sporting with it. moves fast light weight. going to shoot pheasant next month.. I did add a pad to it after market pachmyer decelerator makes all the difference! lookin for other users

I have seen numerous pics of Special Operations guys with painted M4s. I have read about a particular type of paint called bouflage however, I can't find any information on how to paint/camouflage your M4, or any other rifle. I would like to know, how to, what colors, and patterns etc. A link would be helpful to, just to save your hands from typing. Thanks in advance.

i just bought a ak 47 pistol and i need to know how to change the hammer and trigger parts it gets stuck about every 5 shots or so why is it doing this i have had a mak 90 before and never experinced this problem i try to take out the take down pins but they won't come out any better advice i want to learn how to break down the entire gun any sights or anything???

Does anyone have experience of Street Gliders and/or Heelys. Would it be better to initially try ther street gliders as the Heelys are very expensive and also children's feet grow quickly. However, don't want to buy Street Gliders for grandchildren if they aren't very good. Help please
