The factory trigger pull weight is 5.5lbs
This is probably optimal for a defensive pistol and it could become a liability issue if you lighten the trigger pull.
That being said you can install the connector from a glock 34 or buy an after-market one from Scherer or Lone Wolf that will reduce the pull to 3.5lbs. you should not attempt any other modifications as it may render your pistol unsafe.

There is not much you can do about Glock triggers because of the action and the way they are designed. They're double action, which the trigger coocks the striker (not a hammer) and releases it. It's a long heavy pull. The trigger moves a connecting link that makes the rest work. Therein lies the problem. Don't know if polishing any internals will work.
About Glocks, what you buy is all you've got. Don't care for them, myself. I like my Rugers and Makarov.

Don't mess with the trigger if your Glock 19 weapon was bought as a potential self-defense gun! If you want to customize a Glock for fun, get a full-size model.
Glockmeister.com has custom parts for a lighter trigger pull.

That would be the one that they offer in the longer slide practical/tactical model. You can't buy a GLOCK with a lighter trigger from the factory but if you go to a local gun show a GLOCK armorer can fix you right up with something a little on the lighter side.

Without the services of a specialist 'smith, probably 4-6 pounds. With a gunsmith who does custom Glock work, maybe 2-3.

with lots of money and gunsmithing you can probably get it down to 2 pounds. be careful that is a big safety issue with no external safety

IIRC it is 3.5 lbs, unless you get some really custom work.
