So I used to play competitive paintball back in the day, I forgot how many years ago that was. All you needed back then was a fully modified autococker/automag and you had a tournament gun. The angel and shocker just arrived on the scene as I quit. I look at some online sites and I see some familiar brands, dye, wdp, wgp, agd, but way too may options to even know where to begin.
I'm thinking about coming back into the paintball scene for some rec play, primarily speedball on weekends. I'm a guy, I want the best, and now that i'm not in middle/high school anymore, I can also afford a much better gun without having to wash cars for weeks to do so. but again now I don't have the time to waste modifying & retiming my gun every weekend.
I want a gun that's light, accurate, reliable, fast, close to tournament-quality possible requiring little or no mods, very little maintenance, for around $1.5k (pref under). So what would my best options, and why?

I'm a 13 year old girl who loves to dance, sing, and yell. This means that the perfect sport for me would definately be cheerleading. However, I have some difficulties. The last time I took gymnastics, I was 4. Because of this, I have absolutely no idea how to do a cartwheel. I can tumble, jump, and everything else, but I lack in some gymnastic skills. Is it worth it to go through the trouble this summer to learn some stunts? My mom says that she knows a professional cheerleader, and has offered to have her help me learn. Also, I would like to know if cheerleading is a fun sport for those of you who take part in it.

This may sound dumb, but I need help.
I am a college student and have to write a paper on a spor,so I chose gymnastics.
I need some answers from people who HONESTLY participate in gymnastics...PLEASE HELP!
I just have a few ?'s
1) How often do you work out
2) How many hours a day?
3) what type of workout do you do?
4) Do you have a special diet you follow?, if so, what is it?
I am going to school for massage therapy and we are doing sports massage right now, so I just need to know anything and everything about gymnastics traing.
Thanks for the help.

I am writing a story (slowly, but surely) that contains a tournament. How do I create brackets that have exactly the number of rounds, matches and contestants that i need? Also, I will need to take these brackets and fill them in all the way to the championship match. Is there some way I can do this?

Tommy Amaker has had enough time to recruit so I dont want to hear that, and Lloyd cant beat Ohio St, or win a damn bowl game. Now would be a good time to let them both go and start so fresh n so clean. Holla
