My friend is putting together a blog and wants as many reasons he can gather as to why Nascar is not a sport. He asked me to come up with some ideas and the only two I can come up with are:
1. You can't buy any auto racing equipment at a sporting goods store.
2. There is no autoracing in schools, or Jr leagues like little league for baseball.

Note: I've heard the argument that because there is no ball, it's not a sport, however I disagree. Hockey, Track, Wrestling(not the WWE kind), Karate, and a whole mess of Olympic sports all have no ball.

How do you land that? I usually hit the ground hard because I don't know how to land when I jump of things high in the air. And don't say "you shouldn't be doing that" I don't care :P I just want to know how to properly land a jump!

I asked that because this issue still has continued to be problems. Some male athletes dont like to have to get naked and change in front of women that they dont want to. Also male reporters are not being granted the right to go in women athletes locker rooms. So if title IV and equality is now a big issue in fairness of equality should females not be allowed in male athletes locker rooms or should males be allowed in females locker rooms if females are given that right to interview male athletes?

Is HANUMAN the TRUE FOUNDER of BODYBUILDING???
Whenever ancient statues, idols and other Hanuman related remnants are excavated, the physique and body structure of the hanuman imagery is muscular and built to such an extent that he must have been advaned in bodybuilding. The ancients must have been aware of the effects of bodybuilding on the body structure to be able to build statues so accurate in so far as the physique. Moreover, when carbon dating is used to ascertain the age, the age is classed as being thousands of years old - a time when bodybuilding didn't even exist.

Moreover, the ancient vedic civilisations was believed to be advanced in sports and fitness and the hindu texts encourage wrestlers and bodybuilders to worship Hanuman. In Greek Mythology there is a deity that is described in terms strikingly resembling Hanuman and the Greek deity was also renowned for his bodybuilding prowess.

As of Thursday I will have been lifting weights for seven days.

About a month ago I was 6'1'' and 240lbs, and am 20 years old. I improved my diet and lessened my calorie intake and I'm now 225lbs, but I want to start adding some muscle.

I began lifting with a friend last week on a fixed weight machine called Paramount Fitness or something, he has me doing the following: Curls(With free weights), lats, skullcrushers one day, then benching, military benching, shrugs the next, alternating.

We do what he calls Super sets, which is 3 sets of 20, reducing the weight by 20 lbs at rep 11.

Also, we started playing Tennis and swimming...

Am I doing the right thing to get stronger and faster? I know the Aerobic things like Tennis and Swimming just can't hurt, but I am not so sure on the workout or reps or anything of that nature.

All helpful information will be appreciated.

Trust me they do I have seen so many Nba stars at WNBA games and College games. For instance Lebron at last years Women Final Four , when Ivory latta flexed her muscles at him. KG is always at the minnesota Lynx games. You see so many of those guys at games. Cause I know I love an athletic women. It blows me away to see a girl who is pretty and athletic. one like CP3, Candace Parker. She is fine mannn. It is a lot of cute women b-ball players.
People always say that women who play basketball are gay thats not true. Thats what people want to make it out of. Or thats how they want it to be. That is not how it is. I love watching women play, especially candace parker and Ivory latta.
Am one guy who would watch nba or wnba does not matter, but I am definitey going to watch more when Candace Parker goes.
