I recently took up ice-skating. I bought new Roces Figura Top Plus skates, they're lovely!
The info in the box says that they are sharpened to 1/2" ROH, can anyone tell me what this means please?

Lol I've found the answer to my own question - it means Radius of Hollow - it's the diameter of the circle that formed the hollow.

The blades get dull and won't move well if you don't have them sharpened often, when you don't glide as easily , take the skates into a sports shop and get the blades sharpened. They are sort of like a knife, a sharpened knife cuts well, but a dull one does not
