I would like to know if it is damaging to a gun if you dont blue it as long as it is maintained?

Not if its well maintained I have some old ones that it would destroy their value if i had them reblued as far as function it has no effect at all the bore and the inner mech. is the real inportant thing to consider & no rust the rest is just cosmetic i know i cant spell

I have a few rifles that are not blued (stainless barrels instead) and they are fine as long as you clean it, especially if it gets wet.
