we have to run a 8 minute mile today. is it hard? i can run about 8 laps around one of those indoor soccer field.

It's not that hard, but pace yourself, its always easier to push at the end that run hard at the beginning and be too worn out.

its not that hard, its challenging but u cant stop or walk. good luck
