I read in todays paper that if the Bears don't redo his contract he will sit out the year ...and i wouldn't care ,,and let thim go to another team where he will NOT get as much as he thinks he is going to get..he is not getting any younger, he better take what he can get at this time

It's not just the money he is complaining about. It a respect factor involved in it. When you are a third round pick you aren't expected to be a pro bowl type player and he has proved that to be wrong in his case. Now that he has done that the Bears front office want to continue to treat him as if he isn't a pro bowl type player. That was aslap in the face when they put the franchise tag on him. They are low balling him and I don't blame him for his reaction to that.
