when you get to the peek of your jump, throw your arms straight up, look backwards, and pull your knees up to your chest.
it will help your confidence if you have people stand around the trampoline.

ok, i think the main thing is Confidence. stand there and say to your self. Easy, peace of cake. jump up at an angle and throw your weight forward. not to hard though. first, try it off of a diving bored into water. That should really help you to get the feel of the rotation. After you land your first one, it will be the best feeling in the world. GOOD LUCK!!

it's because you are scare for what going to happen so if you lose the fear you would made the flip. an advice go to the side and take aim and then when you are going to fliip throw your body with your feet foward that may help you also try not to extend your feets try to be like a canon ball.

here's some actual help...
fear exists to be conquered, other than that -
some important facts :
most common injuries are broken ankle ( figures ! ),
and broken nose or jaw...when those knees come up harder that expected !!!
start small...from a standing start , begin the bounce by pointing your feet ...practice that . it'll save your ankles ! try 3 small bounces and aim to land on your butt , but in the seated position... legs straight out in front of you , KNEES STRAIGHT ! When you finally do go all the way 'round , you want to keep 'em straight to keep the bounce going ...bent knees try to absorb shock, and , well , you can figure it out .
just start slow....

breathe and relax...

your not comfident enough. start with doing somerseaults. then work your way up to somersaults while someone is jumping. then try flips. then try landing them. it takes a while, but its really fun

first, before you try, strech so you don't hurt yourself.
then, get a friend to spot you on it (probly a friend bigger than you that you trust)
it should make you less scared and you should be able to do it.

good luck :D
