What are some good websites that have cheers and tips for cheerleading tryouts. I need a really good cheer for the upcoming tryouts along with how to make my jumps better. If anyone can help I would love it!!

I go to the gym and do cardio (stairs, precor, rowing) but I really want to strengthen my back and abs for some heavy work that is comming up in a couple of weeks. Ideally I want a DVD to work on at home. Can anyone recommend something effective? I will do anything as long as it works, even bellydancing (although I live in an upstairs apartment). Thanks for any suggestions.

Ok Ive been practicing these tricks but still have some difficulties 1st the Elastico I cant get the hang of how to correctly do it with me it seems im just moving the ball from side to side but ive seen other players do it and seems more like the ball gets trapped on their foot and then bounces to the other direction. The rabona i can do but what I want to do is a cross over shot like if im plaing wing but currently i only get grounders :( so u guys got any tips ?? Please be specific or if u have an instructional video thats good too but please if its a video make sure it explains them well remember theres a Best Answer Reward at the end :)

I Quit! hi iam a 17 years old runner,?
in my first ever race i finished 163th, in my second cross-country race, i ran i the snow, i finished last place in my category, it s was embarrasing, should i quit and do track and field, i just don't have any resistance for cross-country?

Is it too late to try to become sports pro at age of 21? I am 21 right now and I want to try to become really good at some sport,but is it too late.I am pretty good at tennis,soccer and snowboarding. Do you guys thinks its too late for me to even start training really hard because of my age?

Hello guys. Im from germany and i moved to NJ last year october. I decided to start an "american sport" and i choose bowling...I have only bowled about 5 times (in my whole life) and I have an average score about 145. My highest score was 160 so far (today). My husband and some of his friends told me that my score wont get any higher than 180 if I keep using straight shoots so they tried to teach me how to curve and hook a ball but for some odd reason my ball always ended up in the gutter...I know its not rocket science but there must be a little trick behind curving and hooking a ball...Can somebody please break it down for me (barney style if possible!) how to succesfully curve a ball?
