I Quit! hi iam a 17 years old runner,?
in my first ever race i finished 163th, in my second cross-country race, i ran i the snow, i finished last place in my category, it s was embarrasing, should i quit and do track and field, i just don't have any resistance for cross-country?

DONT QUIT!!!! PRACTICE EVERY DAY THAT YOU CAN.PRACTICE MAKES ATHLETS BETTER.REMEMBER THAT NOBODY IS BORN WITH ANY CAPABILITY. WE HAVE TO PRACTICE.A QUITER IS WORS THAN A RUNNER HO FISHED LAST

ok no.

still do cross country, it will keep you in shape for track. i do both, i wazs never really a good distance runner. im a pole vaulter, and i still need running talent for it, so i really suggest you just give your practices your all so you could get better at track. thats how i do.

Cross Country running is probably not for you...If you're better at track and field, go for it...If not, give that up too...
