Ok Ive been practicing these tricks but still have some difficulties 1st the Elastico I cant get the hang of how to correctly do it with me it seems im just moving the ball from side to side but ive seen other players do it and seems more like the ball gets trapped on their foot and then bounces to the other direction. The rabona i can do but what I want to do is a cross over shot like if im plaing wing but currently i only get grounders :( so u guys got any tips ?? Please be specific or if u have an instructional video thats good too but please if its a video make sure it explains them well remember theres a Best Answer Reward at the end :)

hi! I've been practicing Elastico moves whenever I have chance.
I use this move in the corner and most of the people get tricked!

ok here it goes...
The important thing is the weight shift of your body and the use
of your spine(Don't freaking twist it though! bad for your spine!)
and your shoulder!

train your foot a lot whenever you have a chance i.e: while you are walking in school!)

As soon as my foot have contacted with the ball my ankle moves
first then quickly my shin and shoulder moves along then turn your foot very quickly.

It's really hard move to describe but when you practice a lot then you will feel it!

oh and Rabona.... I used to do it but I realized that it's much better to kick the ball with your left leg (if you're right footed!)
if something goes wrong when you perform Rabona while you are running hard you can damage your leg! I don't think it's wise to use that move!
personal opinion!
