Both I guess. I write with what ever hand I pick my pen up in. I use my knife and fork like a lefty, but use my right hand to control my mouse while at the PC. I kick with my left leg. So yeah I"d have to say both.

either, right hand injured so I had to learn to rely on the left then injured again and did it over vice versa. Iron clothes left handed eat left, but write and brush teeth right handed. Kick left foot and cartwheels left handed. mish mash. Left eye dominant so I shoot left handed. mish mash

Depends on what I'm doing.
Throw balls, bat, golf right handed. Catch one handed equally with either hand. Throw a frisbee either hand forehand or backhanded tosses. Eat lefty, write lefty. Carve detail left but rough carve righty. Mouse left at work (my desk), right at home (shared desk).

I am right-handed in everything except for shooting pool. I think that that is because I am left-eye dominant.
Left-handers who know the way the brain functions enjoy saying that left-handers are the only ones in their right mind.
