A friend of mine is 33 years old - average fitness level - hasn't played racketball in at least 10 years and, when he did, he never played it more than 1 or 2 times a year.

He works with a man who just turned 50. He plays racketball 3 times per week for the last 22 years.

They have made a wager -- they will play a 15-point game. In order for my friend to win the bet, he must score at least 5 points in the game.

Personally - with this sort of experience level - I don't see how my friend is going to score ANY points let alone 5. I'm thinking I should definitely put some money on this & bet against my friend.

Your thoughts?

So I have been of XC and track for a couple years now. I normally run the distacne events so I'm pretty used to the heel-toe style of running. Although some are also telling me that I should strike midfoot and that my heel should barely touch the ground. Which one of the two is actually better for races?

I have noticed that even local sport comnentators are finding it easier to be over critical of teams, sometimes downright negative. Is this so they can say "I called it" if they are right or "I'd rather be wrong on this" when they are wrong?
