I'm planning to buy a treadmill, so I can run when my baby falls asleep. Since it's gonna be after 9pm, I'd like to know if me running will make any impact on my neihbors living underneath my appartement? Did anyone ever got complains? Did anyone experience that kind of problem from your neibors above? Does anyone know which machines have less of an impact? Any comments or suggestions are appreciated.

Hey, I we are having dodgeball in my highschool p.e. class lol and I think I just suck at life :X. I mean, I was wondering how I throw the ball. I must be doing something wrong because I can throw it hard and fast with some velocity but I always have it at an angle up in the air and never twards the player.
sometimes it's just airs and ends up me getting plowed by 5 balls or someone catching my throw.

BTW: ( we use volleyballs) * i know- it's pretty OUCH sometimes. :/

First I do not wish to offend this is a genuine question. The reason why baseball will not take off in Britain is because it is to simila to the girls game of Rounders. Basket ball to similar to netball another girls game and American Football A hybred of Rugby. Why don't Americans play world sports and compete in real internationals with other coutries other than itself or canada. the American real footbal team has had great succes in the world cup. but appears not to be getting the support it should, those boys are working hard.

My friend and I are going skiing this winter. We'll be on the bunny slopes for about a day, and that's it. I doubt I'll ski often, if again, so I don't want to buy a quality ski outfit.

What work well in place of actual ski pants?

I had scoliosis back surgery about 8 years ago and before the surgery I was very limber and did gymnastics on a daily basis. I really miss doing these things and would like to start back doing them (slowly of course). What kind of things do you suggest to get me warmed up and back into it? I can still do my cartwheels and round-offs perfectly and I can still do a back bend, but I can't kickover. Haven't tried to hard though.

I am not looking for the latest style - just trainers that will keep my feet in good nick while I pound the pavement (well - actually it is nearly winter - the treadmill is more likely now...)
