I have two main questions about building muscles AND endurance:

1) Is it better to train the muscles daily or only a few days a week?

2) On the day of training, is it better to have one long workout session or multiple short ones throughout the day?

And WHY?

One of my good friends as acted different around me lately. Last year she would talk to me, steal my hat on occasion put her arm over me every once in a while. Then I come back to school and she rests her arm on my knee, steals my hat and wears it for as long as she can. Gave me a new necklace when my old one broke. I put my hand on her shoulder and she flat out hugged me. Once, I had a small hole in my shirt and she starts ripping it wider. Doodes on my notebook. But my diemma is that she does hug some other of her friends but not nearly what ive been getting. Constantly smiles.

The thing is thatis she just being more deeply friendly or does she like me

and i have no idea how to ask her if she does

right now i'm watching the OSU/Texas game and not one flag has been thrown for Texas...and there should have been some.....

do they just pre-determine before the game that almost all the flags will be against one team?

It seems to me sports card collectors just bust packs for insert cards. Set Building is gone, specially since you can buy a completed set direct from manufacuter. Where do all the non-insert cards go?

When I was in New York a few years ago they had a sports drink called Gatorade. Is it on sale in the uk?

Also, there was a sports drink with a picture of a golfer on the can. does anyone know what it is called and if it is sold in the uk?
