I've always heard its where you move 2 boards over in the opposite direction for each pin from the head pin... THat was a bad explanation.... Ok, basically, its like this...

1 or 5 - Stay at your normal strike ball mark
2 or 8 - Move 2 boards to the right
3 or 9 - Move 2 boards to the left
4 pin - Move 4 boards to the right
6 pin - Move 4 boards to the left
7 pin - Move 6 pins to the right
10 pin - Move 6 pins to the left...

Ok, I have to admit, I had to draw out a little diagram myself for this, hahah...

Anyways, I might be wrong, but I think I rememeber reading that somewhere... Honestly, I gave it a try, and I hated it.. It didnt work for me at all... I just use my spare ball, and throw it straight and hard at the pin while cross-allying... But I dont use the arrows or anything, I just act like I'm shaking hands with pin, thats what works best for me...
