uuhhh,,,, this question is truly "generalizing"........
wouldn't an opinion be based on "personal" traits, and not on "what they do"?

The general consensus on cheerleaders is that they are conceited and dumb.
However, this is not entirely true.
Although there will always be some bad apples in the bunch, most cheerleaders are warm, inviting, and surprisingly smart.
If you get to know a cheerleader one on one, you will find that it takes personality, and determination to be one. Not to mention, you also have to make the grades to be in a squad in school, college or otherwise.

There is nothing wrong with cheerleaders. They are just like everyone else. It is only the cheerleaders that think they are different than other people that get on peoples nerves.

OMGOSH im a gymnast and theres tons of cheerleaders at my gym and my coach is the head coach for cheerleading. The ones at my gym always get in my way and talk to my coach when hes coaching us. But i think some (only some) are rude and selfish and think there the best

Depends on the individual or 'clique'. Some of my friends that were cheerleaders were a riot,lots of energy and enthusiasm others on the team were full of themselves and annoying.

They are all stuck up preps. Also, in case you are wondering, cheerleading is NOT a sport. It's an activity.

every cheerleader i met was conceded and none too friendly to the average guy. they've constantly being told that they pretty and they loose their personality. remember, these are cheerleaders i've met.

im a cheeraleder
i dont think the sport they do is a way to discibe how there personallity is
i know alot of people at my school hate me...
why? cause im a cheeraleder....
they dont even bother to get to know me they just hate cheeraleders...
gahh cheeraleaders are awesome.
but really it depneds on who they are as a person not what they do as a sport in there frikin high school/collage...

the only problem i have with cheerleaders is that most (not all) think they are better than us gymnasts out there.
