Belive this or not, once I was watching a live marathon and they were running down a desert road and the camera was on this guy and all of a sudden he ran behind a small bush and dropped his shorts and took a dump right there. LOL I could belive it on live tv. I think that is why they have the time delay thing now .

Find a bush. I don't know if your fellow runners would appreciate that, nor for the matter, your family members when they happen to see the photo of you in the morning papers.

You could always wear those diapers for adults. Or you can hold it in and knowing you have to pee really really badly will help you run faster to the finishline...and to a bathroom.

I have heard that all camera crews are tactful about backing off while that happens. It happens! You just haven't seen it on TV!

turn around, whip it out while running, and pee on the guy behind you.
or just pee yourself and let it dry leaving a smelly spot on your whatever, of course youd lose a little dignity for yourself knowing you peed yourself.
