i ran a meet at like 10:30 this morning. would the fact that i had a nice big bowl of cereal at like 6:45 be why i felt like **** the whole race?

that food you ate at 6:45 didn't have anything to do whit how you did at 10:45

Well, It pobably won't do anythings about it, because it is like you ate for a long time ago so may be somethings you ate after the cereal! Because every morning I ate a little cereal first then I ran after 10 minutes and it was ok, nothing happen to me!

i wouldnt think so.... but i guess it depends on the cereal.... was it sugary? then possibly!
