I have two main questions about building muscles AND endurance:

1) Is it better to train the muscles daily or only a few days a week?

2) On the day of training, is it better to have one long workout session or multiple short ones throughout the day?

And WHY?

hi
you can train your muscles daily if your schedule allows you but take a break for a day when u feel really tired.
trainin for a multiple session is much better way then long work out session and last thing wich is most important is your diet. Get you diet chart from any good physical instructer and start workin.
best of luck

You could do muscle building workouts 3 times a week

Cardio 2 times a week

Rest the extra 2 days

Make sure you are eating protien before and after workouts

You can take creatine supplements (You normally get creatine from red meat, but if you want extra you can buy the powder)

You can also take protein powder

Get plenty of sleep, after doing a intensive workout i need 10-12 hours of sleep to help build muscle

1.) If you do muscle building routines daily you dont have time for your muscles to re-build

2.) One long session

Look at building muscle like a scar. You injure yourself and you give it time to heal with a thick layer, basically the same thing is going on with your muscles. You push them to a limit and let them heal over.

Don't train the same muscle group everyday, do upper body 1 day lower body the next then alternate, do a quick superset (no rest in between exercises) workout.

Right, the more often you exercise, the better it gets (but the muscle pain/acid will likely make you want to take a break: not too long, though) this works good http://tinyurl.com/m5psb

i think to train ur muscle, you should swim or running continously for 2 days. then rest for a day to allow lactic acid in your body to disappear. when you rest, the lactic acid in your body is gone but your body started to build new muscle. thats means you gain new muscle. after training continously, drink more white eggs, it helps you to decrease lactic acid in your body faster. do it for 3-4 months and you will get superhero-look body. try!!!
