I've been a active runner for the past 15 years, lately when I run the toes in my right foot go numb almost like when your foot goes to sleep, anyone know what this is or what might be the cause. My running shoes are in good shape and fit really well I've used the same kind for several years.

Roller skating is such a fun, safe activity, yet it is dying a slow, painful death.

Since England won the rugby world cup they have been dire... I know they have had to dismantle the team and rebuild it but they have been unable to beat some of the simplest of opponents. The England football team has many of the best players in the world yet cannot beat a far inferior Portugal side even when we had them under the kosh. In test cricket, since we won the Ashes we have trodden on every sides batting until it reaches the tail end and it all goes wrong and the ODIs don't even bear thinking about. Tim Henman has been to many Major Semi-finals but never converted. Jenson Button, widely regarded as a great driver and with several podiums has yet to win a race. It seems we have a nation of great sportsmen who seem to bottle it on the brink of achievement.
