I've been a active runner for the past 15 years, lately when I run the toes in my right foot go numb almost like when your foot goes to sleep, anyone know what this is or what might be the cause. My running shoes are in good shape and fit really well I've used the same kind for several years.

Try this lacing technique.

lace the first two laces by your toes and the last two laces by your ankle and leave the middle part open.

I had teh same thing happen and it was an easy fix for me.

It is possible that your feet are swelling when you run. Perhaps it is hotter, or maybe it is just because you got older. I would get a 1/2 size bigger or tie them a little looser.
