I know running can be a great way to lose weight and get ripped, but is there a good substitute to running 10 miles? For instance, what if I ran five miles, swam a little bit (I'm not a good swimmer, so not very much,) rode my bike for a while, and played basketball? I would do these all within a short period of time. What would be good distances for each sport to get similar results to running 10 miles?

I think its a useless and bad sport especially when you're killing these poor animals for fun, animals don't attack people unless they are threatened or if you are in their teritory. most of the time animals are more afraid of you than you are of the.

There are a lot of different awards, degrees and btec's etc out there but which ones are worth doing and basicly say "i'm qualified and know what i'm talking about?"
