Well not to be rude but for all of the people who had something negative to say I would apprectiate it if you already know that you don't have anything positive about my question then to not leave it on there at all.
But for all that want to help would it be ok if i went to practice in a shirt and a pair of cotton shorts?

depends on the weather.. if its hot you want loose baggy comfortable shorts/t-shirt... in cold weather? sweats..save the yah yah wear for games.... I see Bass doesn't think Cheerleading is a sport....lol..Its a world competition sport!..duh

I think it would be perfectly fine to wear a t-shirt and cotton shorts or any shorts that are easy to move around in but I would suggest not wearing blue jean shorts, they tend to get a little annoying!
