my fastest time was 5 minutes n 43 seconds...when I was 15...I was in ARMY :D

I ran a mile in 5:27. that was a year ago at 25. I had just finished the WV State Police Academy. I would stroke out running that fast now. I could still get it between 6:30 and 7 minutes on a flat track.

Gosh I haven't run a mile in about ten years! My fastest time was when I was still in high school. I was sixteen years old and I ran a mile in about six minutes. I was so proud of myself and I felt awesome!

I did 5 minute and second 15 when I was 17 years old I know I'm not as quick as the person who said they ran 3.12 mile but it was good I thought... It was after a long pre season for football... It kill me because I had to do other 10 miles after that...

8 minutes - i was 12. i know someone like 9 or 10 years old who ran a 6 minute mile!

I did it at the age of 16 in 3 minutes and 12 seconds.
But, I couldn't claim my world record because the cop that was chasing me would have been the only one who could corroborate.
