Mine is watching the players play. That is what my parents pay to see. But i also like the beginning of the games at carolina. They play that music and show clips of how hard carolina has played. Then they play, rock you like a hurricane. And then the national anthum. Gosh that is the best part.

This does not seem fair. A team breaks the rules and gets a penalty, then they change the rules for that team to allow them to ice the puck. Wouldn't it be better if the icing rules stayed into effect?

Here is a news report i found on Guerin in Yahoo NHL news: my question follows after.....

'The Dallas Stars placed Bill Guerin on waivers Thursday and intend to buy out his $6.7 million contract if he's not claimed by another team.
If the 35-year-old Guerin clears waivers Friday, which is likely, the Stars will pay him $4.4 million over the next two seasons and he would become an unrestricted free agent Saturday. He's Dallas' highest-paid player. '

What are waivers, what is taht stage. does taht mean taht they have jsut made him a free agent, or is 'waivers' step before? Please explain. thank you.

I am so happy. I am from North Carolina. And it feels good to have the stanley cup. People come together here in north carolina to watch hockey. All doke, unc, and nc state fans cheer for the same team. That is awsome.
