If you could go throughout history and name 5 pitcher to man your starting rotation, who would they be and why? Back-up your answers. Also, you gotta have a bullpen! Make sure to include your LRP's, MRP's, SU, and CP.

Tom Hicks, who could have used this money to sign a pitching staff for the Texas Rangers, has instead purchased an English soccer team. This is the straw that has broken the camel's back. It's clear that Hicks could care less about the Rangers winning. Therefore, I need a new team to follow. Preferably one with an owner who has shown commitment to winning, but who doesn't have so much money that rooting for them "is like rooting for the house in Blackjack." This rules out the Yankees and Red Sox, so please don't suggest them. This is a serious question, and I would like answers to be backed up with evidence. If I choose your answer as the best, your team will have a new loyal supporter for the upcoming baseball season.

I mean I stopped caring if he is going to retire or not in 2003. Every year he takes his time deciding, hell Astros might have had a better season had he decided earlier.

Are there any strength/conditioning/flexibility exercises or programs that I should be doing to get better and faster and more coordinated? What muscles groups should I focus on? Will losing extra weight help me get faster or have no effect because I'm losing muscle as well? I haven't been in the weightroom lately but I'm willing to try anything.
