Let's say that somebody loses a front splitter and another car has the rear wing tore off in a wreck at Bristol, would those cars have to put them back on before they can return to the race? Are there any new rules governing requiered equipment on ALL cars on the race track?

I've watched F1 for over a decade and it still excites and frustrates me but the tracks are getting predictable and poor.
Spa and Hockenheim have been hideously curtailed, they've got rid of the beautiful Suzuka and Monza is just memories of what's been 'chicaned' off.
Of the new tracks, Turkey has a bit of bite to it, but what for the future when the tracks will all be Tilke designed and dull as ditchwater, AND you have to get up at some evil time in the morning to have the pleasure to watch it.

Give me back my sport!

Are people really ticked off about this? Toyota is such a superior auto manufacturer and leader in technology compared to the "Big 3" that I believe they are going to really compete very strongly in NASCAR. This is a good thing though, right? It will force everyone to stay on their toes and develop new technologies. Toyota is the leading auto manufacturer in the world, these guys better pay attention.
