Let's say that somebody loses a front splitter and another car has the rear wing tore off in a wreck at Bristol, would those cars have to put them back on before they can return to the race? Are there any new rules governing requiered equipment on ALL cars on the race track?

NASCAR will require that a car has both the front splitter and the rear wing in place for it to reenter the race.

I think that those two items in particular will really influence how well a car handles and not even the craziest driver would want to be running (at minimum speed, nonetheless) without either of them.

I think that if there is damage to the back of the Car, and if the wing is damaged Nascar will probably have you fix ti to meet Nascar standerds before it can go back out onto the track.
