What is a pick crew? I could have sworn it was a pit crew!
Anywho..I don't think that they suck so badly, it's just that compared to the other pit crews during the races they make minor mistakes and they don't know how to rebound from them. Junior has a great pit crew...they just gotta keep it up. They can build Dale Jr a great car...they just lose it towards the end of the race. I think it would do them better if they practiced more as a team.
I'm starting to question if this is Theresa's doing. Because this is the same pit crew...the same team that Dale Jr had back in 2004 and they won 6 races in 2004. The only thing that Dale Jr's team is missing from his original team is Tony Eury Sr who is now the crew chief for Paul Menard. The team didn't start having these problems until this season when the relationship with Theresa began to go sour. I'm wondering if Theresa is making the team pull little stupid mistakes as a way of punishing Dale Jr. I wouldn't put it past her to do something like this. She gives off evil witch vibes.

Dale Jr's PIT crew works hard. I sure the hell couldn't get out there and do what they do every single week, and if I did I would sure make more mistakes than that. Give the guys a break !!! Just because Dale Jr. has been doing sh**ty lately is no reason to dump on his pit crew !!!

Lack of experience or training in race conditions. Race teams have a lot of employees and things happen. The teams can sub in other crew members as well.Pit crews have a tough job they gotta get out in front of moving cars and service the car. Some are gonna make mistakes. The crews are human.

Only the best drivers get the best pit crew. Stewart, Gordon,the Busch brothers ,Johnson. The crew and drivers usually go hand in hand . Don't blame the pit crew.

Haven't you been paying attention lately? Apperently it's because EVERYONE involved in NASCAR in any capacity is just giving it to Jimmie Johnson. It seems that Rick Hendrick has some dirt on every other team owner, the Frances, Mike Helton and Robin Pemberton and has the entire NASCAR community doing his bidding. If you think that the engine failure at California wasn't part of the script you are just NOT getting what is going on nowdays.

Now, is the pit crew guys. NASCAR is a team sport. the crew guys do a good job sometimes they dop have mistakes, but if the driver is that good he can make up loss time during pits.

Poor management. His step mother has it out for him and cant face the tracks. Shes a lousy team manager, who is running the company into the ground. She is probably doing it on purpose for revenge or spite or stupidity, who knows!
