Most of the numbers you are looking for are going to vary greatly depending on car setup. Formula 1, and race cars in general, are not as static as a passenger car. So, top speed: this will vary more on the gearing they decide to install. The gearing will be based on what the projected top speed will be for the circuit where they are racing, and to best take advantage of the power curve at key locations (and also to avoid getting stuck coming out of a corner in a bad part of the power band). Also, the aero elements are the car, and how they are set up will have a major impact on top speed. All of these same elements will figure into acceleration as well. All will have an effect on fuel consumption (along with engine management issues and if they are trying to burn fuel such as in the third qualifying session, or to conserve to get an extra lap in during the race).

Further, getting exact numbers is difficult as most teams do not like to share the information since it's better to leave you competitors guessing as to your exact performance than to simply supply the info.

As a rough generalization, the current cars develop around 720-750hp and will get close to 3mpg. The cars can weigh as little as ~950 pounds (driver and ballast would then bring the car upto the minimum weight, which is ~1450 pounds). An F1 car can brake from 60mph-0 in a space of about 55 feet. The aerodynamic elements can produce over 5g in down force. 0-60 acceleration would generally be acommplished in about 1.8-1.9 seconds. And top speed that any of the cars run is in the 220mph range. If they were to set up a car just for top speed (compromising all setup with the aero package and gear rations) this would likely come out to 230-240mph.

Paul S is right about getting the numbers because of the setup on the car and that it is kinda hard to get a read on max speed, but at Monza you see speeds approach 220 mph and 232 was the fastest ever hit with the V10 . But in the mojave desert Honda tested a F1 car with minimum downforce at hit 258 mph

They used to be 3.0 liter V10 engines but in 2006 they made them put 2.4 liter V8 to slow the cars down. They had close to 1000hp but with the new engine it dropped it down to close to around 730-750hp.

Engines burn fuel around 3.1 mpg

They use semi-automatic sequential gearboxes with 7 gears

As far as acceleration it will vary but these are the only figures i could find.

0 to 100 km/h: 1.9 seconds or 62.4mph
0 to 200 km/h: 3.9 seconds or 124.27
0 to 300 km/h: 8.4 seconds or 186.41, may be slightly more or less depending on the aerodynamic setup.

check this website I hope this helps. I know it says champ car but it has F-1 stats for the car on it.
