I throw everyday. I never iced my arm in my life NO LIE. I throw about 88-90 mph. What Can i do to make my fastball quicker. Im 6 foot 3 238 pounds so im a big 18 yr old.Any solution, no negative comments please

this may be a hard questions to answer, so i appreciate if u can answer it......I play softball, and i have been playing it for 9 years now.....does anybody have any tips on how I can inprove my game?? I was telling a friend that Matsuzaka seems to have one awful inning per game and he said...Why don't they move him to first base when he runs into trouble,bring in a relief pitcher to finish the inning, and then have him resume pitching the next inning...Is that legal?

She makes watching these games from fox so unwatchable. i wish someone in Fox would realize that no one cares about her horrific announcing & her pathetic attempts at humor. On another note nice job by Wang even though he didn't get a perfect game.

Three years ago, Kobe and Shaq decided they couldn't play with each other and went their separte ways. Everyone generally believes that Kobe kicked Shaq out of LA. My question is didn't Shaq want out as well? If I remember right, he wanted a contract extension that the Lakers were unwilling to give and disliked GM Mitch Kupchak as well. If this is true, isn't Shaq as much to blame for the Laker's current troubles as Kobe?
