Most sports teams have their own e-mail addresses, such as yankees.com (just a guess, could be something else like nyyankees.com). Players might get some e-mail that way. I would guess that the players association has an e-mail address for those who want one; I've heard of players in other sports using them. Then there's the personal addresses -- I've known a few pro athletes to use AOL or the equivalent.

probably none...they most likely have a team email...
e.g. derek.jeter@yankees.net or something like that...
I'd be very surprised to see that some have Yahoo accounts that they use frequently
