I would like to know the average weight and how much you have to weigh when doing professional lightweight boxing for men. Thanks.

To be considered a lightweight, you have to be able to make the 135 lb. limit for the pre-fight weigh-ins. However, some fighters can be much heavier usually and making that weight only for the fights after training and drying out.
