Here is a possible solution: Each car that shows up would get points based on how many attempt to qualify. For example: If 50 cars show up. the pole would be worth 50 points, down to 1 for the slowest car. Then the 43 FASTEST cars would race. NO PROVISIONALS. The winner would get 43 points, on down to 1 point for 43rd place. The winner would get a maximum of 93 points, and each team would get SOMETHING out of the weekend.

if he can do that when his time come ill agree with the great jerk jamele hill who wrote that non sensense column pointing nothing else but the issue of kobe always affecting his mvp candidacy with his personal life.his dribbling n shooting maybe better than mj but that doesnt mean hes better you nutheads!!! did kobe won defensive player of the year? and pointing that mj cant make all those if he were in these days guarded by lebron vinnce tmac whosoever bigger than him??!hey old dirty old man that stink (jamele) were you sleepin due to old age when mj at 40 sank those game winners?and allstar heroics when marion kobe guarded him!! hes the mvp again with that game but that foul of his teammate screwed it..you base all your opinion in kobe's latest 50 point swing,cant u undrstand easily kerrs's column? kobe is stil young theres more lot of years to prove ill wait when he reaches 40 and if he still maintains that competitivenes like mike did,,maybe then theres a chance hes really better

No one gets jeered or booed at his own homeground for just one bad performance. When this player was questioned about it, he told a white lie, that he was booed by only a 'section of the crowd'. No respect for truth. Only a few of us can tolerate criticism.

In 2 of the last games Florida played vs Oregan, vs UCLA,
47-74 Free Throws for Florida (alot of attempts)
26-29 Opposing FT (they gotta make the few attempts they get)
7 Opposing players have fouled out.
57 Opposing team fouls
28 Florida Fouls (differential of 29)
1 Player from Florida has had 4 fouls (none have had 5)

If you keep going back it isnt as bad but is still questionable Florida has had at least 12 less fouls than every team that they have played in the tournament. You could say well im sure its like that with all the teams that are winning, but lets compare those stats to 3 games Ohio State's played v Tennessee, v Xavier, v Georgetown, remember those stats up top are only from Floridas last 2 games.

59 Opponent Fouls
47 OSU Fouls (differential of 12)
53-74 FT's for Ohio State (same as Florida but in 3 games not 2)
22-41 FT for opponents
0 Opposing players fouled out in these games
1 OSU player fouled out

It makes me sick watching Florida and the refs.

I have seen all the Florida games in the NCAA Tournament, and I am disgusted at the referees for letting Florida get away with so many offensive fouls, Noah pitching a fit whenever something doesnt go his way, the referees calling nonexistant fouls on the opposition. I know the NCAA would love nothing more than a back to back winner, but this is just stupid. Why should one NCAA team be treated like a NBA veteran team?

Will our Buckeyes beat the Gators?

Keep in mind a few things about the Buckeyes:

1 .....They are 1 of only 2 teams in Division 1 that didn't lose a home game.

2 .... They have a 22-game winning streak.

3 ..... They only lost 3 games all season, and they didn't lose to a team ranked lower than number 7 in the national poll. ( Wisconsin, North Carolina, Florida )

4 ... In the last 10 minutes of their first 5 games of this NCAA tournament, they have outscored their opponents by an average of 25 to 17.

5 .... The Buckeye junior class now has a record of 84 wins and 21 losses. That's winning 80% of their games over a span of 3 years.

Actually watched some of it here last night from Sydney ! Still can't sit through the whole thing, but did enjoy part of what must be a great atmoshpere at the ground even though theres no tackling and to much thumbling about !

I have just received an older(??) archery bow..... it is a wooden 44inch model.
I have taken it to a local Archery service center who retightened the strings to "proper" tension.
I am a total *newbie* to the art of Archery so I am researching all I can about the POSSIBILITIES of this sport.
%What are the styles, types, and sorts of arrows (and tips) that are available for my newly attempted sport / hobby?
I believe this bow is a HUNTING model. - What (if any) *modifications* should I use to make this a SPORTING unit?
