yes. it doesn't even have to be blocked to run it back for a TD. Devin Hester of the bears this last season ran back a field goal that was short. however a extra point is another subject. you cannot run back a extra point for a TD.

Yes, you can return a blocked FG for a TD. The most recent example I can think of was from the Chargers-Eagles game two seasons ago. The Eagles trailed 17-13, and blocked a FG with little more than 2 minutes left, and returned it for the TD and the 20-17 win

Phi--M.Ware 65 return of blocked field goal (T.France kick), 12:35.

yes. and the record for the longest return of a missed field goal is held by 2 active chicago bears players. Nathan Vasher from the university of Texas and Devin Hester from the University of Miami, both cornerbacks, hold the record at 108 yards.

Occasionally (about once in 40 field-goal attempts in the NFL), the defense will succeed in blocking a field goal.

If a blocked field goal is behind the line of scrimmage, it is treated like a fumble and can be advanced by either team.

Beyond the line of scrimmage, a blocked kick is treated like a punt or missed field goal and can only be advanced by the defense.

Yea.

Devin Hester of the Bears returned a short FG and took it 108 yards.

Blocked field goals could be just the same.

Yes you can. But not a blocked extra point. A blocked extra point returned would be worth only 2 points.
