With the Mavs and Suns clearly ahead of the Spurs in the NBA's Western Conference, most people are forgetting about the Spurs. Now, can you say that they are no longer of championship caliber?

I don't think so... They are currently on a 9 game winning streak and have held I think 7 of the last 9 opponents under 83 points. The defense is there and the bench is contributing.

Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, and Tony Parker are quite healthy and I think they will reach the Western Conference Finals this year (at the very least).

I just joined a fitness club that has boxing classes. I do want to join but I need my own boxing gloves. I found some that I want to buy just that they come in 3 different sizes 12oz, 14oz and 16oz. How do I choose? I am 5'7 @155lbs if that helps. Im oviously a bigginer but I do want to work my self up to sparing with other boxers. Im just too much of a rookie to go up to the pros and ask.

My horse andie had to be put down last week after a severe injury. He got his hoof caught in the gate on his paddock and struggled all night. When I came out the next day I found him standing in the field on three legs. He ripped his right fore hoof off, we found his hoof later. We had to put him down. Now the problem is he was my 5 yr olds horse. We haven't told her yet that he is dead, we keep telling her he is in the field when we go to the ranch. How can we tell her what happened?

a lot of the cards are over 20 yrs old and the program was the 2007 SEC Championship Game between arkansas and florida. It is in mint condition and has 4 former razorbacks autographs. They are Oscar Robinson, Anthony Lucas, Clint Stoerner, and Steve Atwater.

Iv'e been noticing now the morning after I do my training my joints are usually a little stiff and sore for the first hour when I get out of bed.. (mainly ankles, knees & wrists) I know that this is a part of training and will usually happen to most people that train often and hard, But I was wondering if there is anything I can do now to prevent it becoming a problem when I am older or anything that will ease the effects now??
