SACHIN TENTULKAR SCORED his 10,000TH RUN ODI.
He was also the first batsman to score more 30 centuries & 11, 000 runs in ODIs. He also has more than 100 wickets in this form of the game.

i think India defeated Australia in a test match and it was speacial because India cameback from follow on and still manage to defeat Aussie
and also harbajan singh took more then 5 wickets
i think thats the thing which makes 31st march 2001 special
or may be something else i could be wrong
but i took my chances and i m not even indian
i m english and also a big cricket fan
