I'm not sold on the idea that a great shooting guard benifits from playing alongside a great point guard I really think the best thing for them would be a another capable shooting guard or small foward like Richard Jefferson or Jamison who could spread the defense and they couldn't always double team Kobe because in the end no matter what Kidd does the others besides Kobe would have to deliver.

Braylon Edwards is a very skilled reciever, as you all. But my question is, why is he dissapointing, is it him, the quaterbacks, the coaching? He was dominant in college, and ive senn great flashes of him the past 2 season. Bu his temper and frustration have been a problem of late. I believe if he were on another team, possibly any other team, he may be doing better, any thoughts?

I ran cross-country in the fall and had a 5k time of 20 minutes and a mile time of 6-ish minutes. I haven't run at all since then. I'm not really a 50 yard dash kind of person, but i think that i am a decent sprinter.

1. What race do you think I should run (200, 400, 1600, etc.)?

2. How much do I need to run during the two weeks remaining before spring track to get in respectable beginning-of-the-season track shape?

I have never done spring track before, so I have no idea what to do. Help!

I need a compression sleeve but cant find any for a good price or made of nylon. I was wondering if the NBA shooting sleeve would fit on the avg leg. I know its the exact same material as the compression leg sleeve for shin splints...please help me out here.

My friend that he saw on ESPN that Brady Quinn is staying at Notre Dame and is playing for another year even though he is a senior and is not entering the NFL draft...i thought my friend was crazy and must have been smoking something...so is my friend pulling my leg? i think he is!!
