Rollerblading, because you're using more of your abdomen than when you're biking, which provides minimal abdominal workout... nonetheless, they are both aerobic activities that use large muscle groups, however rollerblading uses more, and will provide a "better" workout.
My advice, do something that you'll like best, not something that is only good for a workout. Most of what you read here on yahoo answers, take with a grain of salt because often it comes from a very narrow knowledge base, includes deceptive information.
End note, both are user-friendly, you can get optimal heart output from both rollerblading and cycling, so feel free to try both and see what you like; do both if you want!

You can't target parts of your body to lose weight, because it won't work. It has been proven. The best you can do is crunches or something that will make it look better.
