Hey my shooting form isnt that as bad as it was but i still. . .(please all shooters answer)?
... i still have a slight habbit of using my left thumb to shoot (im right handed). my coach told me to just use my right hand to shoot with a couple months ago and i have taken my thumb off it a lot. But i still use my left thumb a little. I think i shouldn't but i feel so comfortable when i do and shots go in.
Please tell me what i should do because im gonna shoot a lot of baskets in the off season as practice and i heard you should only use good form to shoot or its foolish cause then you practicing at being bad. But then again remember i feel really comfortable and my shots go in.

Whenever the great boxing rivalries of history are the topic of conversation, the Ali-Frazier triology is always at the top of the list for discussion. This is understandable because Ali called Frazier such derogatory names as "Gorilla" and "Uncle Tom", and all three of their fights were classic wars that pitted the boxer against the slugger. Frazier is the only one to ever floor Ali, and, to this day, does not have any use for him.

But, why isn't the Ali-Norton triology ever given the same consideration. Norton broke his jaw in their first fight, and many of the experts think he actually won their other two encounters. Norton went the distance against Ali in all three of their battles, and was the only one who could match him in both intelligence and stragety. Where the Ali-Frazier triology goes down as the most bitter feud in boxing history, the Ali-Norton triology rarely even gets mentioned. Any of you boxing fans have any ideas why that may be?

I mean, what was up with this year's NBA slam dunk contest??? Dwight Howard's second dunk, pasting a sticker at 12'6 with his left hand while catching the alley-oop and dunking with the right hand(all in one motion) was ABSOLUTELY SICK!!! And the judges award it a 42?? Jordan, Dr J and Dominique gave it an 8?

Come on, i bet only less then a handful of guys in the NBA can do that dunk... It was also originality!!! I mean, how many high school contest have you seen people jumping over others ala Gerald Green over Nate( Although that dunk was waay SICK though ). Touching the top of the backboard while dunking!!! No one has ever tried that before!!! and it was awarded such a pathetic score!!! Green and Howard should be in the finals this is height discrimination... If only the judges can view a replay of that dunk, they will see its true greatness...

First of all, could anybody here do what he does? And when people talk abouth how great his recievers are, do they forget to mention that none of them have proven themselves as great without Manning throwing them the ball? Example: Dallas Clark was barely an average tight end, but now that he is a Colt his numbers rank up there with some of the best in the league. Sure, he only has one Superbowl ring, but look at Brett Favre, he only has one and people have no problem calling him great. His numbers don't lie. 12-4 or better years in a row, averages over 4000 yrds a season. Two-time MVP. He is so good, that in a season where he achieves a 100+ qb rating, throws for more than 30 touchdowns, and over 4000 yards, people don't even think twice about it.

If it would have been gordon, jr, stewart, or johnson who was fixing to be passed when the melee happened Im sure the yellow flag would have came out very quickly!!!!!! NASCAR needs to quit playing favoritism.
