I'm just curious. I've noticed a lot of women's boards have a much smaller waist, and I'm not sure if I like this, mainly because I don't have small feet! Also I'm not your typical build either. I'm about 5'8, 145 - 150lbs, and a size 10 to 11 shoe in womens (I'm also flat footed so I usually wear men's shoes because they give me more room). Is there a huge difference between the boards? I'm still learning and about to buy my own board so I just want to know if I'll be at a disadvantage if I decide to use a men's board. Please let me know what you guys think!

ive been looking for a new XC frame and have taken a liking to the Specialized epic with the brain fade shock. i checked mtbr.com but i cant find any decent reviews for it.

what can you tell me about it? does it have a lockout? how does it "self adjust"?

i would appreciate any specs or comments you could give me regarding this shock and frame, or let me know if you think there is something better.

just fyi, im looking for a light, XC dual suspension frame with an air shock, at least 4" of travel, and priced less than $600. ill be buying on ebay.

I was thinking someone like Derrick Brooks, becuase of his expirience in the media and on and off the field. He also is a leader which is very helpful for the younger players. and last but not least hes a very very good football player which helps a little.

Paul Jewell is a fair person, a good professional. It pains me to see 3rd world-type refereeing in the controversial Arsenal-Wigan game (i am not a supporter of either side). Wigan should have gotten some kind of fairness instead of being abused by Phil Dowd. I feel the FA should be more pro-active and not wait for either side to lodge a complaint. Your view please...
