i really think the team has alot of potential, but it is going to depend on the coach to guide that potential.

if they get a great head coach that has proven himself, then they have a great shot for the SB (maybe bill cowher, who might want to come out of retirement to get a team thats already all set for playoff contention)

if they get a head coach that never really head coached very long, then i don't think they will even make it to the play offs

I believe in karma...so now the Chargers have NO CHANCE of winning the Super Bowl. Marty Schottenheimer has the label of a playoff-choker, but so did a guy named Peyton Manning. Things can turn around. The way the Chargers fired Schottenheimer (to me) is so shady..they deserve whatever bad luck comes to them now. Don't let LT on that Madden cover...

Non-existent. They've lost both coordinators and several assistants already. Not to mention the fact that it's too late to find a good coach to replace him. That just ruined their hopes to win it next year. And I'm smiling because of it.

hahaha i agree with what q said they will not make the playoffs anyways because they are weak team they got smacked by the patriots in the playoffs and plus LT is not going to do as good this season
