Depends on the distance. But I'd go with DeAngelo Hall in the 40. I'd even put the Bills punter Brian Moorman up against them in the 100 or up. Think its silly or stupid do your research.

as much as i hate it, it would be bush. vick is fast and he's the fastest qb, but that's the thing. he runs in broken coverage and open space.

bush is faster, but no one in the nfl is going to run in a straight line, its all about who is more agile, and well...again bush has that too.
